The famous German's Villa spiral sliced honey glazed ham is one of Vermilion's finest treats. Our luscious Glazed Honey Hams are prepared with you in mind and we want you to have the best! We start by selecting only the finest hams. Then, before smoking we carefully trim the ham so each tender slice can be permeated with the delectable aroma and flavor of seasoned hardwood chip smoke. When fully baked, each ham is "spiral sliced" to give you ready-to -serve uniform portions that are all meat, no waste. The finishing touch? A mouthwatering glaze made with our secret blend of rich honey and savory spices. Irresistibly delicious ....slice after slice after slice.
Be the hostess everyone raves about whether it is for a party of 50 or a gathering of eight. We recommend that you serve Glazed Honey Ham cold or at room temperature. If you'd like to serve it warm, it can be heated in a 250 degree oven for 45 minutes to an hour, loosely wrapped in foil. Keep your ham refrigerated, and whatever is not consumed in seven to ten days can be frozen by wrapping it tightly in aluminum foil. The ham will keep in the freezer for six to eight weeks and will easily thaw in the refrigerator in 24 hours.
TURKEYS
German's Villa also has spiral sliced hickory smoked boneless turkey breast. What a special treat for any occasion. Our hickory smoked spiral sliced boneless turkey features a unique spiral slicing concept...it is cut in one continuous spiraling motion. The slices remain in place but release easily with the touch of a serving knife or fork to the center. Its elegant appearance, fine taste and ease of handling will make you the most popular hostess around.
Our turkey breast is fully cooked and ready to serve. Simply remove the wrapper, place the turkey breast flat side down on your serving plate and let your guests remove the slices they want with a serving fork or knife. If you prefer to serve your turkey breast warm, remove it from the wrapper and place flat side down in your roasting pan. Then cover and heat in a 325 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Delicious!
