Thank you for selecting German's Villa to host your Steak Fry or other fund raising event. These guidelines will assist you in your plans and should alleviate any confusion of what you should supply and what German's Villa can supply.
ITEMS TO BE SUPPLIED BY THE CUSTOMER:

Steak, salad, rolls, salad dressing, butter, sour cream, steak sauce |
| Serving items: |
Plates for the meal, salad and dessert (if serving), napkins, take home containers, and aluminum foil. |
| Beverages to be served: |
Temporary Liquor License, beer and beer glasses, coffee, coffee cups, stirrers, sugar and creamer, Ice, disposable tablecloths |
| Items for cooking: |
Grill, charcoal, lighter fluid, grilling utensils, aluminum foil, and seasonings for the steak |
| Misc. items: |
If dessert is served, you provide plastic silverware and plates, garbage bags (30 gallon size). |
YOU MUST PURCHASE BAKED POTATOES THROUGH GERMAN'S VILLA
Miscellaneous items German's Villa provides: German's Villa supplies knives and forks for the meal at no charge. You can use German's Villa beer pitchers (not the water pitchers). German's Villa supplies the big mixing bowl for the salad and the rolls, and the ladles for serving salad dressings etc
THESE ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR A FEE FROM GERMAN'S VILLA WITH 2 WEEKS NOTICE

The hall is available for setting up for the steak fry after 2pm. The steak fry ends at 11pm with a half hour set aside for the cleanup to be finished by 11:30pm. Please call should you have any questions and thank you again for letting German's Villa help you with your party needs.
