When planning any event there are certain questions that need to be asked. Below is a short list of our Frequently Asked Questions.  An extended version is provided in the PDF below. Please feel free to contact the office for more details.

Is there a Bar?  We provide a Wash Bar, a Full Bar and Top Shelf. The Wash Bar is set up including all bar counter glassware, ice, pop, tonic, soda, bar fruit, drink mixes, juices etc. The Top Shelf requires the use of our stewards, one for every 100 guests.

Can we bring in our Special Occasion Cakes? Professionally prepared special occasion cakes and pastries may be brought in. They must be on ready to serve trays and accompanied by your own service items.

Do we have to clean up? Good news! We take care of the chores.

What decorations are included?  We provide a lighted centerpiece for each of our dinner tables but we are happy to put out any pre-assembled favors, decorations, centerpieces, centerpiece enhancements, programs, etc that you drop off at least 2 days in advance of your event. No wax candles (except for floating candles), or helium balloons with granular weights, please.

What sort of linens are provided?  Breakfasts, Luncheons, non-profit or discounted dinners are set up with white table liners, unless an upgrade is desired. We provide the skirting for the head table, cake table, buffet table, two display tables and a gift table. We do our best to coordinate the colors of linen table napkins for your event.

Security: If you desire a security guard, you may hire one through our local police, or private company of your choice.

Coat Check:  A coat check attendant will be provided for all weekend evening parties larger than 100 guests between October 1st and April 30th.

Rentals: Our P/A system with one microphone and one podium are provided. Additional equipment can be rented or you may bring in your own audio/visual equipment.

Cancellations:

• Cancellations by either the customer or by German's Villa up to the date exactly six months in advance of the event must be given written notification.  Any hall rental fee paid will be refunded up to that time. 
• Cancellations by either party which take place less than six months in advance of the event but not more than one wee prior will incur a penalty equal to but not more than the amount of the hall rental fee. 
• Cancellations by either party which take place less than one week prior to the event will incur a penalty fee in addition to the room rental fee.
